Shaanxi Hua An Continuous casting Co., Ltd (hereafter called Shaanxi Hua An), its predecessor is Xi’an Hua An Castiron , which is affiliated to Xi’an University of Technology. Up till now, Shaanxi Hua An has four continuous casting producting lines, and all the main machines are operated by advanced digitalized intellectual controlling system. With two technology of cupola furnace and medium frequency smelting furnace, the motlen iron is of steady and reliable quality, specilzing in producing grey iron and nodular iron of Φ20---Φ360mm ，□30×30---□280×280mm, rectangle and hexagon and other cross-section in various sizes. Its quality takes the lead at home, and Shaanxi Hua An has annual processing capacity of 10000 tons. The enterprise is also “The Center for Research and Spread of China Continuous Casting and Rolling Austenpered Ductile Iron"(CASP) as well as a pilot base, and it is also one of national key promoted projects for such characteristics as top quality, high efficiency, saving energy, protecting environment and so on. The enterprise owns five patents, some exclusive technologies and complete detecting apparatus and equipment which includes spectral analysing apparatus. In the meanwhile, it has established long-term steady, powerful and realiable relationship for research and development. Some technologies and products are original and exclusive in China. It has formed complete management structure by legal person and scientific strict quality management system to strive for building up its brand in the field of castiron at home and abroad.
             With more than ten-year development, the enterprise has been in the lead in technology development and products’ quality in continuous casting iron in China, such honour as China Scientific Advancement, famous company honoring contract and promise, Honourable tax-paying enterprise, Honourable Manufacturing Enterprise, were given to the enterprise, its products have become well-known professional brand. It was awarded the certificate of Adopting International Product Standard by National Technology Supervision Bureau in 1998; and its products were placed on the list of the products recommended to the market of E.E.C by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade(CCPIT) and French Scientific Quality Supervision and Evaluation Commissioner(ATN). Shaanxi hua An has received ISO9001:2000 certification in October 2002. ISO9001:2000
              Gray and ductile cast iron bars of Φ30 mm and smaller size manufactured by the enterprise is an exclusive product in China; Series of castirons of the bogey of high-speed train specially for AUBEITO is preferable recommanded by Railway Department; section bar for hydraulic valves body is supplied to Changzhou Bosch Lishile company after being tested and qualified by German Loue Laborary; Section bar specially for high-line rolling machine of air-cooling roller is supplied to Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel company , Shoudu Iron and Steel Company; the enterprise receives extensive good reactions from all the customers; at the same time, it has established long-term goods-supplying relations with such company as Qiyeyan Locomotive Company, Qingdao Sifang Company, Zhuzhou Vehicle Company, Zhuhai Lingda Compressor Co.,Ltd, Guangdong Provincial Yuesheng Compressor for Air Conditioner Co.,Ltd, Jiangyin Zhaofeng Compressor Co.,Ltd, Shanghai Zhaofeng Compressor Parts Co.,Ltd and Xi’an Feishida Compressor Co.,Ltd. In November, 2004, it established formal relations with Shanghai Hitachi Electric Appliance Company to supply special alloy castiron bar.The enterprise receieves extensive good reactions from all the customers.

              For recent years, Shaanxi Hua An has been active to conduct foreign communication and cooperation to explore and develop foreign markets. Its products are exported to Southeastern Asia, Italy, Japan, Pakistan and Germany, receiving good reaction from its customers.
